Needle Valve
IBS's Needle Valves which are specifically designed for precision flow control and features a non-rotating needle construction for smooth and accurate regulation. They are available in brass or stainless steel, with a fluor rubber (FKM) seal as standard, assuring compatibility with gases and liquids. These valves can withstand an operational pressure of up to 1.0 MPa and a proof pressure of 1.5 MPa, with operating temperatures varying by material: up to 60°C for brass and 120°C for stainless steel. Flareless tube fittings are only available for stainless steel variants, providing installation flexibility and making these valves appropriate for a wide range of industrial applications.
