This handheld variant of the Brushless System follows the same cleaning principle as the standard model but is manually held against the moving conveyor belt by the operator, cleaning in strips based on the device’s width. It’s ideal for short conveyor belts of varying widths and in spaces with limited overhang where tray-mounted options aren’t suitable. Additionally, it can be used to clean the product contact side of modular flat top belts. When paired with KHD steam generators, built-in switches ensure steam is released only when the cleaner is in contact with the belt, maximizing efficiency and safety.
