NARROW FIXED SYSTEM - SINGLE (Simplified return mounted steam cleaner for flat belts)
The Narrow Fixed System – Single Head is a compact, return-mounted steam cleaner designed for flat belts in space-restricted areas or shorter conveyor runs. It offers the same effective cleaning as the Brushless System, without the drip tray (optional), and is easy to install and remove for maintenance. Suitable for both new and existing conveyors. Features: 1) Simple retrofit installation, 2) Opportunity for use during production, 3) Very quick to remove for cleaning, 4) Rest position away from belt, 5) Sanitises without resorting to chemicals, 6) FDA approved belt contact materials, 7) Wet vacuum with 38mm hose required, 8) Options: Extra frame, drip hopper (per frame), 9) Customisable to suit conveyor frame.
