This 18kW high-power steam generator offers all the benefits of the 9kW model, but with enhanced performance, featuring a 40L onboard reservoir and higher water usage capacity—26.4L/hr (dry) and 36L/hr (wet)—making it ideal for heavier conveyor belt cleaning where more force is required. Designed for compatibility with our conveyor belt cleaning systems, it includes belt cleaning and external steam control for easy operation. The unit is fully portable, requiring only a power supply, and can be connected to a continuous external mains water fill, allowing uninterrupted cleaning even on long conveyor belts ranging from 10 meters to 1 kilometer, with widths from 200mm to over 2 meters. This setup eliminates the need to frequently refill the reservoir, enabling efficient, unattended cleaning across extensive industrial surfaces.
