TT3500-S-Push (M070)

The Movexx TT3500-S-Push is an electric tug designed to generate traction through its own weight. Unlike the TT3500-S, which is intended for pulling loads, this model is specifically engineered to push heavy wheeled loads safely and efficiently. The TT3500-S-Push is commonly used in environments where carts are equipped with a hook or folding hook. For added versatility, it can also be fitted with an optional lifting module, making it suitable for handling carts without hooks. One of its key applications is in data centers, where it is used as a server rack tug for crating and uncrating server racks during transport. An electrically operated hook securely clamps onto the base of the server rack, ensuring a firm grip. This allows the tug to push server racks smoothly on their own wheels into crates and remove them again with precision and safety. To ensure continuous operation, the TT3500-S-Push can be equipped with an interchangeable battery system, enabling fast battery replacement and minimal downtime. With the ability to push loads of up to 3,500 kg effortlessly, this electric tug takes the physical strain off operators and helps prevent back injuries. For applications requiring a lower capacity, a lighter alternative is also available: the TT2500-S-Push, capable of pushing loads of up to 2,500 kg.
