CORING-SLICING MACHINE Apple, Peach
This semi-automatic machine is designed to core and slice apples and peaches into rings or slices with high efficiency. Built on a welded tubular frame with lockable wheels (optional adjustable feet), it features a rotating plate with 8 workstations for continuous two-at-a-time fruit loading. Synchronized pneumatic and motorized mechanisms drive the interchangeable coring tubes and plungers, pushing fruit through precision cutters onto stainless steel shafts. The final slicing is done via a rotating blade system. The machine includes a stainless steel waste chute and an elevator belt for cut product, with adjustable speed for optimized performance.
