The PND DF12/DF24 Destalking Machine is specifically designed for the destalking and cutting of strawberries and radishes into halves or quarters. Engineered to reduce manual labor while maintaining gentle fruit handling, it features a merry-go-round infeed conveyor that ensures continuous loading. Fruits are manually placed into rotating holders, undergoing a three-step process: alignment, destalking, and optional cutting. The machine operates without water, minimizes waste (~10%), and prevents mechanical damage. Built for high efficiency, it includes conveyor belts for both infeed (3700×300 mm) and outfeed (1800×300 mm) of the processed product.
