The PND DTU Treatment Tank is specially designed for the treatment of non-floating, peeled or cut fruits to enhance shelf life. Fruits are loaded via hoppers or feeding belts, immersed and sprayed for 30 seconds to 2 minutes depending on the product and processing needs. After treatment, the product can be optionally dried with a blower and discharged into a container or onto a conveyor for further processing. The system is engineered for quick cleaning and low maintenance, with optional conductivity control and automated dosing for precise treatment.
