SHELLING MACHINE

After manual halving, fruits are loaded into two processing heads, where a mechanical lever intermittently taps to release the arils. Built with a stainless steel frame and food-grade components, the machine ensures quick cleaning, easy maintenance, and compliance with Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC.
