The PND SCMA is a semi-automatic cutting machine designed for processing melons and pineapples into wedges or chunks. Peeled and halved fruits are manually loaded onto an infeed conveyor with two stations. The first station uses a guillotine blade for horizontal cuts, while the second features rotating circular blades for vertical slicing into wedges. When both units are active, the machine produces uniform chunks. The first station can be deactivated if only wedge cutting is required, offering flexibility and precision in fruit processing.
